Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

KittyCatch is a fishing game for iPhone made by Bryan Maxim. This policy explains what happens with your information when you play. The short version: your progress stays on your device, there's no account, and we don't track you.

What the game stores

Your coins, upgrades, the creatures you've caught, your cats and lures, and your settings are saved only on your iPhone. They are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this progress.

Game Center leaderboards

If you're signed in to Apple's Game Center, KittyCatch sends your scores to Game Center leaderboards: your best catch, deepest dive, Fishdex count and total fish caught, together with the cat you're wearing so other players can see it. Other players see your Game Center nickname next to your scores. Game Center is run by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. You can sign out of Game Center in your iPhone's Settings at any time, and the game works fine without it.

Purchases

Coin packs and the Golden Pass are bought through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your payment details. Every purchase and restore in the game is behind a grown-up check.

No tracking, no analytics

KittyCatch has no account or sign-up, and it doesn't include third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We don't collect your name, email, location, contacts or device identifiers. If this ever changes, we'll update this page first.

Children

KittyCatch is made for players of all ages. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
